Concrete Floor Sealer

Maingard Gloss Floorsealer has an extremely high abrasion resistance with the capability to withstand heavy duty traffic over long periods of time, far superior to regular oil and water based floor coatings. 

Unit Size & Coverage Rates

One 1kg container of concrete sealer which covers approx. 4.5m2 in two coats on a smooth surface such as good condition concrete. Contact us if guidance is required. 

1.;Ensure;concrete floor;is dry and free from contamination.

2. Mix the sealer thoroughly, pour onto a paint tray.

3. Apply Immediately, pushing the concrete sealer out as thinly as possible.

4. Avoid 'pooling' when sealing your concrete which would product soft patches.

5. Allow to dry, ideally overnight and apply a second coat.

6. Leave to cure for 24hrs before exposing to any light traffic and 48hrs for heavy duty.
