Epoxy Resin Flooring

Maingard Epoxy Floorscreed is a heavy duty epoxy floor screed finish providing a smooth, easily cleaned surface. The incorporation of abrasion resistant fillers in the epoxy resin produces a floor finish with the highest order of wear resistance.

*Available in most RAL colours- select the Custom Colour Request when ordering, and we will contact you before your goods are dispatched. Light colours are not available.

Unit Size & Coverage Rates

One 29kg unit of epoxy resin floor screed in a mixing tub consisting of 1 x Resin 1 x Activator and 1 x Aggregate. Each unit covers approx. 8m2 @ 2mm thickness.

1. Ensure surface is in good condition, dry and clean from contamination of any kind.;

2. Prime first using Epoxy Floorscreed, leaving to cure overnight.

3. Using a rotary drum, mix the resin and activator until homogenous.;

4. Slowly add and mix the aggregate to create a lump free mortar.

5. Apply epoxy resin flooring using a steel trowel at the desired thickness.

6. Level with our Spiked Roller. This can be repeated after 15-30 mins to ensure all air is released.;

7. Epoxy resin flooring cures to light traffic after 24hrs.;
