Level Floorscreed is a self levelling compound which is designed to provide a free flowing cementitious screed capable of smoothing and self levelling floors. This self levelling compound is designed for levelling and smoothing a wide range of subfloor types in domestic and commercial environments.

Self Levelling Compound

Maingard Epoxy Floorscreed is a self levelling compound which contains high quality synthetic resins, special cements, selected fillers and when mixed with water is easily trowelled with free-flowing and self levelling properties. Designed for levelling floors in domestic and commercial locations.

Unit Size & Coverage Rates

One 22kg tub of self levelling compound able to cover approx. 7m2 @ 2mm thickness.

Applying self levelling compound:

1. Ensure surface is hard, sound and free of dirt and contamination.

2. First apply for very smooth surfaces, Maingard Prime Floorprep.

3. Add the required amount of clean water to the mixing tub and mix to create a lump free mortar.

4. Apply immediately with a steel trowel, allowing the mixed mortar to self level over 15 minutes.;

5. Self levelling compound cures to light traffic in approx. 2-3 hrs.;
