Self Levelling Screeds

Self Levelling Screeds have very unique, specific purposes. By taking the time to choose the right levelling screed you can save yourself time, money and costly repairs! Here is a basic guide to each of our screeds:

Duratop - Concrete resurfacer for industrial floors, internal or external.
Unilevel - Cementitious levelling compound for commercial floors, internal only. 
Rapitex - Rapid curing latex levelling screed for overlaying steel & tiles, internal only. 

 

We have three primers designed for use with our self levelling screeds. An epoxy primer for dense surfaces or heavy duty applications; a liquid damp proof membrane for application of new subfloors and a polymer primer for sealing porous surfaces and improving adhesion. Some applications of levelling screeds do not need the use of a primer. Read the relevant datasheet or contact us for more information.

 

Floor Levelling & Resurfacing Screeds

We have four type of levelling screeds; Duratop, Unilvel, Rapitex and Flexitop. Duratop is a concrete resurfacing screed for industrial floors; Unilevel is a cementitious levelling compound for commercial floors; Rapitex is a rapid curing latex levelling screed for overlaying steel & tiles and Flexitop is a flexible self levelling fibrous screed for flexible timber and wooden floors.
