Food Safe Resin Flooring ProductsÂWe have two resin flooring screeds designed for application in catering and food and drink production facilities. We have a three part polyurethane resin flooring screed which creates an impervious, food safe floor finish. For the walls and coving, we have a lightweight food safe render. Both products are classified by the Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Organisation as 'Non Taint' and 'Non Toxic'.

Self Levelling Screeds
Selecting the correct Self Levelling ScreedSelf Levelling Screeds have very unique, specific purposes. By taking the time to choose the right levelling screed you can save yourself time, money and costly repairs! Here is a basic guide to each of our screeds:
Duratop - Concrete resurfacer for industrial floors, internal or external.
Unilevel - Cementitious levelling compound for commercial floors, internal only.Â
Rapitex - Rapid curing latex levelling screed for overlaying steel &Â tiles, internal only.ÂÂ
Do Self Levelling Screeds need primers?We have three primers designed for use with our self levelling screeds. An epoxy primer for dense surfaces or heavy duty applications; a liquid damp proof membrane for application of new subfloors and a polymer primer for sealing porous surfaces and improving adhesion. Some applications of levelling screeds do not need the use of a primer. Read the relevant datasheet or contact us for more information.

Floor Levelling & Resurfacing Screeds
We have four type of levelling screeds; Duratop, Unilvel, Rapitex and Flexitop. Duratop is a concrete resurfacing screed for industrial floors; Unilevel is a cementitious levelling compound for commercial floors; Rapitex is a rapid curing latex levelling screed for overlaying steel & tiles and Flexitop is a flexible self levelling fibrous screed for flexible timber and wooden floors.

What is Resin Bound Surfacing?Resin bound surfacing is comprised of washed and double dried decorative aggregates bound in a clear resin and trowel applied to asphalt, concrete or Tarmac. The resultant resin bound surfacing finish is capable of withstanding wheeled traffic and can improve the asesthic appearance of any car park or driveway. Our resin bound surfacing is an industry leader in the rennovation of Tarmac surfacing.

What is Resin Bonded Surfacing?Resin bonded surfacing is comprised of washed and doubl dried decorative aggregates bonded to a resin sreed on to asphalt, Tarmac or concrete.The resultant resin bonded finish is capable of providing a highly attrative, anti slip finish to theme parks, driveways and walkways.

Resin bound surfacing screed is comprised of washed and double dried decorative aggregates bound in a clear resin. The resultant resin bound surfacing finish is capable of withstanding wheeled traffic and can improve the asesthic appearance of any car park or driveway. Resin bonded surfacing screed is comprised of washed and double dried decorative aggregates bonded to a resin screed. Both are designed for asphalt, Tarmac or concrete.
Additives & Cements
Screed Strengthening AdditivesWe supply a selection of screed strengthening additives designed to increase strength in screeds and reduce curing times and cracking. Our polymer modified screed additive is perfect for greatly enhancing the physical properties of a screed mix with very little effort. And our polypropylene fibres offer a cost effctive way to help reduce micro cracking in screeds.Â

High Strength Screeds & CementsÂWe have a cement replacement, Vubacem, capable of curing very rapidly for foot traffic whilst maintaining incredible strength. This cement replacement can be used as a repair mortar or floor screed.
