Concrete Filler

Maingard Fill Floor Repair is easy mix and apply epoxy concrete filler designed to fill fine holes and imperfections in a wide range of surfaces. Ideal for permanent repairs to cracks found in concrete, stone and brickwork. It is a twin pack material, mixed 50/50 by volume and does not require a primer. 

Unit Size & Coverage Rate

One 1kg tin of concrete filler including 1 x Resin and 1 x Hardener, which are easily mixed to a 50/50 ratio. For guidance on coverage please contact us- Ufill will fill joints of up to 7m @ 12mm x 12mm. Not all the material needs to be mixed on first use, meaning one concrete filler unit can be used over numerous applications.

Filling your floor surface:

1.Ensure floor is dry and free of contamination, removing any debris and loose material.;

2. Mix thoroughly and equal quantity of resin and hardener, and apply using a scraper.

3. Apply the concrete filler to the damaged areas and leave overnight to harden,

4. Sand or grind down the hardened concrete filler and sweep away and any loose debris.;
