Ultra Fast Repair Liquid:

Quick Floor Repair is an advanced  polyurethane polyurea formulated, rapid set, high strength, ultra low viscosity repair material. The product is a two part, 1:1 mix ratio by volume, 100% solids system. This means it is 100% solvent free and VOC free.The material has been designed to fix spalled concrete surfaces and cracks, and to rebuild  damaged control joints effectively and quickly.Examples for typical repair applications are warehouse floor spalls and other traffic prone surfaces, where load damage from steel wheels, hard urethane wheels and other stress factors are common.

Unit Size and Coverage:

One 650ml unit of instant polyurea mortar consisting of two cartidges to be used in a 1:1 ratio. Contact us if you require guidance on coverage- instant polyurea mortar covers approximately 0.3m2 @ 2mm thickness. 

Repairing your concrete cracks:

2. Shake thoroughly before removing the cap and applying the static mixer.;

3. Using our Double Headed Gun discard a small amount of unmixed product.

4. Apply;crack repair, optionally overfilling slightly to ensure a full depth repair.;

5. Remove the static mixer before discarding a small amount of cured material.

6. The cartridge can be capped for later use.;Quickfix;crack repair;will cure minutes later.;

7. Shave any overfill using one of our scrapers leaving a flush repair of the crack repair.

Special considerations for Quickfix crack repair:

For increased coverage, try mixing Quickfix crack repair up to 1:1 with our fine grade aggregate. This technique can also reduce discolouration when exposed to UV light in external environments.;
