Concrete Repair Mortar

Maingard Crete Floor Repair is a reinforced polyurethane resin repair mortar capable of deep in filling and screeding to an extremely high strength, suitable for application on concrete, grano and asphalt.

Please note that to bond this concrete repair mortar to the substrate, you must apply a tack coat. See Bond Floorprep in the ancillaries section. 

Unit Size & Coverage Rates

One 28kg unit of repair mortar containing 1 x Resin 1 x Activator and 1 x Aggregate. Each unit of repair mortar can in fill approx. 1m2 of concrete at 14mm. 

Repairing your floor:

1. Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.
2. Mix both liquids in the tub provided until homogenous.
3. Mix the homogenous liquid with the Aggregate to create a lump free mortar.
4. Apply repair mortar using a steel trowel to desired thickness.
5. Allow 3 hours for light traffic and 6 hours for industrial traffic.

This repair mortar can cure at very low temperatures at any thickness between 15mm and 100mm in one layer. It fully cures to heavy traffic in just six hours to remarkable granite strength, four times stronger than traditional concretes. This is a high performance repair mortar, easy to use and high in strength.
